Anna Graves
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CO-FOUNDER
She/Her/Hers
Anna Graves has used alternative and outdoor education as her platform to connect youth and adults with their community, themselves, and place for the last decade. She is based in Denver, Colorado. As a white, cis, female educator, she views her work as tapping into her roots, however buried, remembering that the etymology of the word radical is “of or having roots.” Anna is a believer in deep spontaneous joy, verbally processing (often), and distilling issues to their essence. She has her BA from Skidmore College and a Masters in Ed. Leadership from High Tech High Graduate School, New School Creation Fellowship.

Danika Robison
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
She/Her/Hers
Danika grew up in the Green Mountains of Vermont, and has since lived and worked in much of the United States and Central and South America. She has taught social studies in traditional and nontraditional classrooms, collaborated with rural communities in the Andes to support their vision for development, and worked with local nonprofits in addressing housing insecurity and social issues. She has her BA from Skidmore College and a Master of Public Administration from Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Danika believes the power of education to challenge perceptions of ourselves and the world around us is endless. She is excited to help to integrate new connections, experiences, questions and learning into the Field Academy's programming.

Cory Olson
CURRRICULUM DESIGNER
He/Him/His
Cory Olson is deeply interested in all things teaching and learning. Once something of a nomad, he has been based in Denver, CO for a while now. In the past he has worked as a teacher, instructional leader, and education researcher. His recent projects, though, have been primarily focused on learning design and how to best empower learners in school and beyond. Cory believes that education, when done well, can forge interpersonal bonds and strengthen community.
